In a food processor, combine: canned chicken, Greek yogurt, mayo, soy sauce & sesame oil. Blend until: smooth, creamy and is a tuna-like consistency
Transfer to a bowl and fold in: water chestnuts, carrot, green onions, chopped nuts, chili oil & seasonings. Mix until evenly combined
Chill - highly recommended! It thickens + improves texture. And makes it easier to spread. Refrigerate 15–30 minutes
This makes a big bowl. Serve on Pumpernickel Bread, Naan, Tortillas or whatever you enjoy. Each serving size is about 2/3 cup. Enjoy!
