Ingredients

  • 3 Tbl Fat Free Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Link Provided in Post
  • 2 Tbl Fairlife Fat Free Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce Syrup Link Provided in Post
  • 1 Tsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Link Provided in Post

Instructions

  • In a frothing pitcher, combine 3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt, 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, and 2 tablespoons Fairlife Milk. Add 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon Sugar-Free Cinnamon Dolce Syrup, and 1 teaspoon Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener. Blend with a frother until thick and smooth. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge and remix before using again.
