Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Apple, Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Sugar Substitute for Sweetening, if desired

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or airtight container. Stir to mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy! This makes 1 serving and is 1 WW Point. Enjoy!
