Ingredients

  • 2 Tbl Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Orgain Chocolate Powder
  • 1 Tbl Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbl Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbl Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbl No Sugar Added Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbl Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mix almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, monkfruit sweetener, and baking powder until combined. Add the egg and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until a smooth batter forms. Spoon the peanut butter into the center of the batter, gently pressing it down without fully submerging it. Sprinkle with sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the mug cake is set but still moist. The peanut butter center will remain gooey. Let cool for 1-2 minutes. For an extra touch, drizzle with melted peanut butter or sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve immediately and enjoy this protein-packed, indulgent treat!
