Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut into Chunks
  • 1 Can Pillsbury Grands Reduced Fat Biscuits
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Fat Free Half and Half
  • 2 Cups Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Tbl Hot Honey
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbl Cornstarch
  • Optional: Chopped Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together chicken broth, fat-free half-and-half, hot honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cornstarch until smooth.
  • Add the chicken to the sauce and stir until evenly coated. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  • Arrange biscuit pieces on top, spacing them slightly apart so the sauce can bubble up between them.
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
