Cheesesteak Hoagie Dip Recipe

This hot, cheesy Cheesesteak Hoagie Dip is everything you love about a Philly sandwich — packed with roast beef, caramelized peppers and onions, and three creamy cheeses. Perfect for summer parties, Memorial Day, or feeding a hungry crowd!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion, Halved and Sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Lbs Thinly Sliced Roast Beef
  • Salt/Pepper To Taste
  • 8 Oz Low Fat Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Low Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1.5 Cups Shredded Provolone Cheese
  • 1.5 Cups Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Halved Cherry Tomatoes, Optional
  • Shredded Lettuce, Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and peppers until soft and lightly browned, about 8–10 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
  • Stir in roast beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, provolone, and mozzarella until well combined.
  • Fold in the steak mixture and stir until evenly distributed. Spread mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Optional: Top with lettuce and cherry tomatoes before serving.
  • This makes about 10 servings. Each serving is a heaping 1/3 cup and is 9 WW Points per serving. Enjoy!
