  • 8 Cups Arugula
  • 2 16 oz Packages of Bel Giosioso Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved or left Whole
  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Torn
  • Sea Salt, Black Pepper to Taste
  • Balsamic Glaze (Linked in Post)
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil, Optional
