Ingredients

  • 12 Cups Mixed Greens or Romaine
  • 1 Lb Capicola, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Lb Provolone, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 Can Black Olives, Sliced
  • 1 Jar Green Olives, SLiced
  • 1 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette (I love Ken's Light Balsamic Vinaigrette)

Instructions

  • Divide among 4 Bowls. Enjoy!
