Buffalo Wing Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)

Ranch Dressing (Can use LowFat or Nonfat)

Crumbled Bleu Cheese

Cream Cheese (Can you Light Cream Cheese)

Green Onions, Snipped

Each: Garlic Powder & Paprika
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to
400°F.
Scrub potatoes, poke holes, add salt. Bake
50–60 minutes
until soft inside.
In a bowl, combine: canned chicken (
keep it chunky
) buffalo sauce ranch cream cheese garlic powder + paprika Mix until
thick, creamy, and coated
(not runny)
Warm mixture in a pan over medium heat. Stir until hot and slightly thickened. This should look
saucy and chunky
, not cheesy or stretchy
Slice open potatoes and fluff insides Lightly season
Pile the buffalo chicken mixture high
Add:
blue cheese crumbles,
extra buffalo sauce, drizzle light ranch and add green onions
