Bananarama Maple Pancakes

These zero point banana pancakes are a delicious Weight Watchers breakfast idea made with egg whites, mashed banana, and maple extract. Light, fluffy, and full of flavor without using any points – perfect for your WW meal plan or anyone looking for a healthy, low-point start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 Large Overripe Banana, Mashed
  • 1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Maple Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Granulated Splenda
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Puree pancake ingredients in a blender.
  • Using a griddle or large frying pan that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and over high heat, add "pancakes". Cook them as you would regular pancakes. Flip when bubbles start forming on top of the pancakes.
  • Serve with 2 tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup.
