Almond Joy Cold Foam

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbl Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder Link in Post
  • 2 Tbl Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 Tsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Link in Post
  • Optional: Top with Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt, 1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder, and 2 tablespoons Coconut Milk. Add 1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract and 1 teaspoon Monkfruit Sweetener. Froth until rich and creamy. Store extra foam in the fridge and give it a quick froth before serving. Optional: top with shredded coconut.
