Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 4 Ounces Light Cream Cheese (1/3 Less Fat)
  • .50 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
  • .50 Cup Fat Free Greek Plain Yogurt
  • .50 Cup Franks or Texas Pete's Hot Sauce
  • 2/3 Cup Walden Farms Ranch Dressing
  • .50 Cup Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1.25 Cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley, Snipped to Taste
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 1.5 Quart Baking Dish with Vegetable Cooking Spray.
  • Combine all the ingredients except the cheeses and parsley and mix well. Pour into the baking dish and top with cheeses and parsley (if using).
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. This makes 10 servings at 1/3 Cup per person.
