In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients and 1/4 cup of the mustard and mix thoroughly.
Form into about 16 meatballs. Put into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Using a large spoon, turn your meatballs over halfway through cooking.
Meanwhile in a large saucepan, combine the whiskey and beef broth. Allow it to bubble up and reduce for about 5 minutes or until it gets thicker. Stir in the rest of the mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. Blend together and cook for a few minutes.
Add the Fat Free Half & Half into saucepan and blend together. Cook for 1 minute and add the meatballs.
This makes 4 servings with 4 Meatballs per serving with approximately 2/3 cup of Whiskey Sauce. Each serving (4 Meatballs per serving) is 7 Points on Weight Watchers. Enjoy!
