Weight Watchers 0 Point Citrus Strawberry Granitas

Ingredients
  • 1¼ Cups of Granulated Swerve Sugar Substitute
  • ⅓ Cup of Water
  • 2 Teaspoons of Shredded Lime Peel
  • 2 Teaspoons of Shredded Lemon Peel
  • ⅓ Cup of Orange Juice (No Pulp or Fresh Squeezed)
  • 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
  • 5 Cups of Sliced Fresh Strawberries
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan bring Swerve, water, shredded lime and lemon peel to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes until the ingredients blend together. Strain and discard the lemon and lime peels and cool.
  2. Take half of the juice mixture and 2.5 cups of the strawberries and place in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into a freezer container. (I used this one). Repeat with the remaining juice mixture and berries and pour mixture into the same freezer container.
  3. Cover and freeze at least 12 hours or overnight, stirring a few times.
  4. Before serving, break apart the ice mixture with a large spoon. This can be frozen for up to 3 months.
  5. This makes 4 Servings at 1 cup per serving and is 0 Points. The entire recipe is just 1 Point. Enjoy!
