Weight Watchers Freestyle Gooey & Cheesy Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
  • Large Head of Cauliflower, Broken into Florets
  • Bunch of Broccoli, Broken in Florets
  • 1.5 Cups of Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 2¼ Cups of Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • ⅓ Cup of Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste
  • Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. In a large sauce pot add 2 cups of water. Add in cauliflower and broccoli florets. Add in a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Drain.
  2. In a large bowl, add fat free sour cream, cheeses, salt/pepper to taste and stir to combine. Add in broccoli & cauliflower. Stir to coat well.
  3. Spray a 13 x 9 dish or large baking dish with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Spoon broccoli & cauilfower mixture into baking dish and place in a 350 degree preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
