The Most Amazing Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Cola Chicken Recipe Ever - Freezer Friendly too!

Ingredients
  • 4 Split Chicken Breasts (about 3 Pounds)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Onions (Yellow, White or Red), Peeled and Quartered
  • 2 Lemons, Quartered
  • 18 Ounce Bottle of G. Hughes Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce (Any Flavor)
  • 12 Ounce Can of Coca Cola (NOT DIET)
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  • Fresh Parsley or Sliced Green Onions, Optional
Instructions
  1. Spray your slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Put chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  3. Add in onions and lemons.
  4. Pour the G. Hughes Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce and Coca Cola over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  6. Serve warm with some of cooking liquid on the side for dipping or spoon on top of chicken breast. I remove the skin on the breast and pour the sauce on top. Top with fresh parsley or green onion, f using. The Weight Watchers Points below will reflect chicken with skin removed.
  7. This serves 4 and each serving is 4 Weight Watchers Points. Enjoy!
