Weight Watchers Frozen Yogurt Granola Bark

- 2 Cups of Plain Greek Fat Free Yogurt
- ¼ Cup of Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- ½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt
- Sliced Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries or a combination of all
- ¾ Cup of Low Fat Granola (I use Kellogg's)
- Line a 13 x 9" baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all the ingredients into a bowl except the fruit and granola and stir well.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the parchment paper lined pan. Add sliced fruit and sprinkle granola over the fruit.
- Freeze for 4 hours before serving.
- Cut into 6 squares. Then break each square into 2 pieces. Each piece of bark is approximately 1 Point on Weight Watchers. Enjoy!
- If by chance, there are any leftovers, place them in a freezer container and refreeze.
