Weight Watchers Frozen Yogurt Granola Bark

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of Plain Greek Fat Free Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup of Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • ½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Sliced Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries or a combination of all
  • ¾ Cup of Low Fat Granola (I use Kellogg's)
Instructions
  1. Line a 13 x 9" baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl except the fruit and granola and stir well.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the parchment paper lined pan. Add sliced fruit and sprinkle granola over the fruit.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours before serving.
  5. Cut into 6 squares. Then break each square into 2 pieces. Each piece of bark is approximately 1 Point on Weight Watchers. Enjoy!
  6. If by chance, there are any leftovers, place them in a freezer container and refreeze.
