Alcohol Free Bourbon Street Chicken Recipe for Weight Watchers Freestyle

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • ½ Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Each of Ground Ginger & Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Dried Onion Flakes
  • 3 Ounces of Sparkling Apple Cider (I used Reed's)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Bourbon Whiskey Liquor Essence
  • ½ Cup of Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute*
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Snipped Parsley, Optional
  1. Combine everything but the chicken in a bowl and stir to combine well. Add in chicken breast; cover and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours - overnight is even better.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer.  Pour remaining marinade over chicken and bake for 1 hour. flipping breasts over after every 15 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from oven and spoon any remaining juices over top of chicken breasts and add snipped parsley (if using). This makes 4 servings at 1 Freestyle Point per breast. Enjoy!
