Ginger Lime Watermelon Slushie

Ingredients
  • 12 Cups of Seeded Frozen Watermelon, Cubed
  • ¾ Teaspoon of Lime Zest, Divided
  • 48 Ounces of Diet Ginger Ale, Chilled & Divided
  • Fresh Mint, Optional, (Garnish)
Instructions
  1. In a blender, place 4 cups of frozen watermelon, ¼ teaspoon of lime zest and 16 ounces of the diet ginger ale. Cover and process until slushy. Serve immediately. Repeat process 2 more times.Garnish with fresh mint if using.
  2. This makes about 12 cups of cooler at 0 Points per serving. Enjoy!
