Slow Cooker Spicy Shrimp Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of 1% Milk
  • 1 Cup of Fat Free Half & Half
  • 1 Tablespoon of Land O'Lakes Whipped Butter
  • 3 Shakes of Hot Sauce (I used Tabasco)
  • ½ Teaspoon Each of Ground Mustard, Onion Powder and Pepper
  • 3¼ Cups of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1.5 Cups of Uncooked Small Pasta (Small Shells, Elbows, Mini Farfalle)
  • 1.5 Pounds of Frozen Medium Cooked Shrimp (Peeled and Thawed)
  • 1 Teaspoon Each of Dried Parsley & Dried Chives
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. Spray slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray. Combine the milk, half & half, hot sauce, butter, ground mustard, onion powder and pepper into the crockpot. Stir in cheddar cheese and macaroni.
  2. Cook, covered on low for 3 hours or until macaroni is al dente.
  3. Stir in shrimp and cook (covered) 30 minutes or until shrimp is heated through. Add in parsley and chives.
  4. This makes 6 servings at 7 Freestyle Points.  Enjoy!
