1.5 Pounds of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut into 1" pieces
½ Teaspoon Each of Salt & Pepper
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
1 Carrot, Peeled and Grated
½ Cup of Frozen Peas
Cup (1) of Bagged Coleslaw Mix
¼ Cup Each of Soy Sauce + Chicken Broth + Oyster Sauce*
3 Green Onions, Sliced Thin
Vegetable Cooking Spray
Instructions
Cook pasta noodles according to directions. Drain and set aside.
Spray a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray and place over medium high heat. Add oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden - about 10 minutes. Move chicken to 1 side of skillet and add in garlic, ginger, carrot, peas and coleslaw mix. Cook for about 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine broth, soy and oyster sauce. Whisk together.
Pour sauce into skillet and add in spaghetti noodles. Combine well. Garnish with green onion.
