Ingredients
  • 14 Ounce Can of Artichokes in Oil, Drained
  • ½ Cup Each Sour Cream & Mayonnaise
  • 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • ½ Cup Frozen Spinach, Thawed
Instructions
  1. Defrost frozen spinach in a colander. When thawed, squeeze out excess liquid. Also, remove cream cheese from the refrigerator and let it sit on the counter about 1 hour before beginning recipe.
  2. Drain artichokes hearts. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients very well.
  3. Spray slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray and put on high heat. Pour combined ingredients into the slow cooker and cover. Cook on high for 2 hours. Stir before serving.
