Ingredients
  • 1 Pound of Strawberries, Hulled & Sliced
  • 2½ Cups of Skim Milk
  • ½ Cup of Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Splenda or Swerve Sugar Substitute
Instructions
  1. Combine everything into a blender and process until smooth.
