- 1 Pound of Strawberries, Hulled & Sliced
- 2½ Cups of Skim Milk
- ½ Cup of Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Splenda or Swerve Sugar Substitute
- Combine everything into a blender and process until smooth.
