Asparagus in Mustard Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  • Fresh Bunch of Asparagus Spears - about 2-3 Pounds
  • ½ Cup of Fat Free Chicken Broth
  • ¼ Cup of Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Teaspoon of Dried Dill
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Trip the bases of the asparagus spears. Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper. Lay asparagus spears on it.
  3. In a bowl, combine the broth and the mustard. Combine thoroughly and spread on top of the spears.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until the spears are crisp, yet tender.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle dill and fresh pepper on top.
  6. This makes 4-6 servings at 0 Points per serving. Enjoy!
