Asparagus in Mustard Dill Sauce

- Fresh Bunch of Asparagus Spears - about 2-3 Pounds
- ½ Cup of Fat Free Chicken Broth
- ¼ Cup of Dijon Mustard
- ½ Teaspoon of Dried Dill
- Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Trip the bases of the asparagus spears. Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper. Lay asparagus spears on it.
- In a bowl, combine the broth and the mustard. Combine thoroughly and spread on top of the spears.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the spears are crisp, yet tender.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle dill and fresh pepper on top.
- This makes 4-6 servings at 0 Points per serving. Enjoy!
