Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Chicken Breast (Cooked)
  • 8 oz of Light Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1¼ Cup of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ Cup of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fat Free Ranch Dressing
  • Few Dashes of Hot Sauce
  • ¼ Cup of Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Snipped Fresh Parsley, Optional
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, ¾ cup of the cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and hot sauce.
  2. Spray a baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Transfer mixture into baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake until warm and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  3. Top with the blue cheese and parsley (if using) and serve with a toasted, sliced baquette.
  4. This serves 6 people [About 3 Tablespoons per person]. On the WW Blue & Purple Plans, it is 3SP per serving. On the Green Plan, it is 4 SP per serving.
