Try this healthy protein packed nutritious 1 Point Fruit & Yogurt combo to start your day off on the right foot.
  • 2 Cups of Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Nature's Hollow Honey Substitute
  • ½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • Fresh Fruit of your choice
  1. Combine everything but your choice of fruit and stir well.
  2. Spoon yogurt into bowl and top with your choice of fruit.
  3. This makes 4 good sized servings at 1 Point per serving. Each serving of yogurt is ½ cup. The entire bowl of yogurt is just 4 Points. Enjoy!
