2 Each Large Carrots, Sliced Small + Celery Stalks, Sliced Small
Salt/Pepper to Taste
2.5 Cups of Fat Free Chicken Broth
¾ Cup of Fat Free Half & Half
Instructions
Spray a large pot with vegetable cooking spray over medium heat, add garlic, onion, mushrooms, carrot and celery. Season with salt/pepper to taste. Cook while stirring until golden, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add in broth and fat free half and half.
Add in chicken and continue cooking until thickened about 15 minutes.
