1 Pound of Green Beans (That have been trimmed) 1 Cup of Grape Tomatoes (Sliced in Half) 8 Kalamata Olives, Pitted & Quartered (Trader Joe's Grocery Jumbo) 4 Minced Garlic Cloves Salt/Pepper to Taste ½ Teaspoon of Dried Rosemary 1.5 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1-1/4 Cup of Athenos Fat Free Crumbled Feta Cheese In a large pot of boiling water, cook green beans for 4 minutes. Drain. In a skillet, add oil over medium heat. Add tomatoes, olives, garlic and rosemary. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. Toss onto the green beans and season with salt/pepper to taste.
