Balsamic Glazed Chicken Tenderloins

Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds of Chicken Tenderloins
  • ½ Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 1.5 Tablespoons of Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, honey substitute, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk until combined well. Add tenderloins and toss until coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. In a large ovenproof skillet that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray over high heat, add chicken along with the marinade and sear about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer ovenproof skillet to oven and bake about 20 minutes.
