Oven Roasted Cheesy Cauliflower

Ingredients
  • 7 Cups of Cauiflower Florets (Fresh) (Cut into Bite Sizes)
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray
  • 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste
  • ⅓ Cup of Kraft Reduced Fat Grated Cheese
Instructions
  1. Put the florets on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Spray with Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
  2. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender, stirring often.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with Reduced Fat Grated Cheese.
  5. This makes 6 servings at 1 Freestyle Point per serving. Enjoy!
