Pineapple Vanilla Bars

This recipe makes 6 large squares at 6.5 points each. 12 squares are just a smidge more than 3 points each. To freeze these, when cool wrap in aluminum foil and then place in a freezer bag. Enjoy!
  • 1 Box of Pillsbury Sugar Free Cake Mix
  • 20 ounce can of Crushed Pineapple in Juice (Drained)
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  1. Combine both ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. Pour cake mixture into the pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  5. Cool completely and cut into 6 squares for 6.5 Freestyle Points each. 12 Squares will be a smidge more than 3 Freestyle Points each. Enjoy!
  6. To freeze: wrap squares in aluminum foil and place in a freezer bag.
