Cheesy Chicken Tomato Bake

Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds of Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 1 Each Large Onion & Large Zucchini, Diced
  • 1 Can of Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 1.5 Bags of Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
  1. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Arrange chicken tenderloins into baking dish. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Add diced onion, zucchini and tomatoes.
  4. Top with fat free Kraft shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. This makes 6 servings at 1 Point per serving. Enjoy!
