- 2 Pounds of Chicken Breast Tenderloins
- 1 Each Large Onion & Large Zucchini, Diced
- 1 Can of Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1.5 Bags of Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
- Arrange chicken tenderloins into baking dish. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Add diced onion, zucchini and tomatoes.
- Top with fat free Kraft shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- This makes 6 servings at 1 Point per serving. Enjoy!
