Can of Pineapple Tidbits in Water, Drained
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts into slow cooker and season with salt/pepper to taste.
Pour sugar free barbecue sauce on top of chicken.
Put drained pineapples on top.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6 or 8 hours.
Shred the chicken using two forks and return to slow cooker.
