  • One Pound of Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1 Teaspoon Each Salt & Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon Each Ground Coriander, Cumin and Oregano
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
  1. Combine everything into a bowl and blend well.
  2. Form into 6 patties (try to keep all the same size).
  3. Preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put patties onto parchment paper and broil for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. To freeze them, cool completely and freeze in a freezer container with parchment between each layer.
  5. Thaw overnight in refrigerator and reheat in microwave.
  6. You can also freeze unmade patties in the freezer for about a month.
