This makes 6 servings at just 1 Freestyle Point per serving (dip only)
  • 8 Ripe Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2 Large Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • ¼ Teaspoon Each of Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Basil
  • 2 Cups of Athenos Fat Free Feta Cheese
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  1. Mix everything together well at least one hour before serving. This can be served at room temperature, refrigerated or warm. If you want to serve this warm, microwave everything for 1 minute – this will cause the Feta to melt a bit.
  2. I serve this with these Italian Toasts. Each toast is 1 Point. These toasts are delicious and pair well with this Bruschetta type dip.
