Hot to Trot Cream Cheese & Salsa Dip

This dip is so delicious, especially if you like a hint of hot spicy in your foods. If you want to limit the amount of heat, omit the jalapeno or simply remove the seeds from the jalapeno if you like a mild amount of spice. Enjoy! ⅙ SERVING IS 1 FREESTYLE POINT.
  • 8 Ounces of Fat Free Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • ½ Cup of Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Plain)
  • 1 Cup of Salsa Verde or Any 0 Point Salsa
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Cilantro
  • ½ Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Tabasco or Any 0 Point Hot Sauce
  • 1 Jalapeno, Minced (Removing seeds is optional)
  1. Puree the room temperature Fat Free Cream Cheese in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add in yogurt, salsa, spices, hot sauce and jalapeno and pulse just until combined.
  3. Serve with vegetables.
