Try this delightfully simple all-in-one bowl dinner that serves 4 and is only 2 Freestyle Points each. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup of Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon each Sesame Oil & Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds (Toasted)**
  • ½ Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
  • 2 Bags of Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 Bag of ColeSlaw Mix
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Cooked Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 2 Cups of Frozen Shelled Edamame, Thawed
Instructions
  1. Whisk the first 6 ingredients together. Cook rice in microwave and divide into 4 bowls.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, chicken, edamame and the dressing. Divide this mixture among the 4 bowls of cauliflower rice.
  3. This makes 4 servings at 2 Freestyle Points each. Enjoy!
