Oriental Chicken "Rice" Bowl

- ¼ Cup of Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon each Sesame Oil & Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
- 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds (Toasted)**
- ½ Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
- 2 Bags of Frozen Riced Cauliflower
- 1 Bag of ColeSlaw Mix
- 2 Cups of Shredded Cooked Boneless Chicken Breast
- 2 Cups of Frozen Shelled Edamame, Thawed
- Whisk the first 6 ingredients together. Cook rice in microwave and divide into 4 bowls.
- In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, chicken, edamame and the dressing. Divide this mixture among the 4 bowls of cauliflower rice.
- This makes 4 servings at 2 Freestyle Points each. Enjoy!
