Magic Strawberry Mousse

  • 3 Cups of Boiling Water
  • 1 Box of Sugar Free Strawberry Gelatin (8 Serving Size)
  • 1 Tub of Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping (16 oz) (Thawed)
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin until completely dissolved. Add Cool Whip to hot gelatin; stir with a wire whisk until Cool Whip is completely melted and blended.
  2. Pour into glass bowl that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Makes 8 Servings at 4 Freestyle Points each. Enjoy!
