Feta Basil Tilapia

This entire recipe will serve at least 4 people and is absolutely delicious. You can substitute the Tilapia for Bass, Cod or even Whitefish. The entire recipes is 0 Points. Enjoy!
  • 1.5 Pounds Tilapia Fillets
  • ½ Cup of Red Onion
  • 2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
  • 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Cup of Athenos Fat Free Feta Cheese
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  1. In a saute pan that has been sprayed with Vegetable Cooking Spray, saute onion and garlic until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes and salt/pepper to taste.
  2. On a baking sheet that has been lined with Parchment Paper, arrange Tilapia Fillets and season with salt/pepper to taste. Broil for 5-8 minutes. Take out and top each fillet with some of the tomato mixture and cheese. Put back into the oven for another 7-10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
