- ¾ Cup of Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup of Fage Plain Greek Yogurt (Nonfat)
- ½ Cup of Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Each of Dried Basil, Parsley, Chives, Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
- 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Cooked & Sliced into Strips)
- 1 Package of Al Dente Carba Nada Garlic Fettucine Egg Noodles (Cooked)
- Pint of Grape Tomatoes (Sliced in Half)
- 1 Large Red Onion (Diced Small)
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl add Chicken Breast strips, tomatoes and onion and season with additional salt/pepper.
- Add in drained Fettucine egg noodles to chicken bowl and toss to combine.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to chicken bowl and toss to combine.
- This makes 8 Servings at 6 Freestyle Points each. Enjoy!
