Freestylin' Fettucine Chicken Salad

Here's a nice twist on the usual Chicken Salad Sandwich. This makes 8 nice sized servings at just 6 points each! Enjoy.
Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup of Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
  • ½ Cup of Fage Plain Greek Yogurt (Nonfat)
  • ½ Cup of Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Each of Dried Basil, Parsley, Chives, Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Cooked & Sliced into Strips)
  • 1 Package of Al Dente Carba Nada Garlic Fettucine Egg Noodles (Cooked)
  • Pint of Grape Tomatoes (Sliced in Half)
  • 1 Large Red Onion (Diced Small)
Instructions
  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. In a separate bowl add Chicken Breast strips, tomatoes and onion and season with additional salt/pepper.
  3. Add in drained Fettucine egg noodles to chicken bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Add the mayonnaise mixture to chicken bowl and toss to combine.
  5. This makes 8 Servings at 6 Freestyle Points each. Enjoy!
