This is perfect side dish to grilled food or even a snack or light lunch. This makes 4-6 large servings at 0 Freestyle Points each. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  • 3 Seeded & Peeled English Cucumbers
  • ½ Cup Shredded Red Onion & ½ Cup of Shredded Carrots
  • 2.5 Tablespoons of Granulated Splenda
  • 1.5 Teaspoons of Ground Coriander
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Crushed Red Peppers
  • ⅓ Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Stir Splenda, Coriander, Crushed Red Peppers and Vineger until mixed well. Add in cucumbers, onion and carrots. Chill covered up to 2 hours before serving.
