Ingredients
3 Seeded & Peeled English Cucumbers
½ Cup Shredded Red Onion & ½ Cup of Shredded Carrots
2.5 Tablespoons of Granulated Splenda
1.5 Teaspoons of Ground Coriander
Salt/Pepper to Taste
¼ Teaspoon of Crushed Red Peppers
⅓ Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Stir Splenda, Coriander, Crushed Red Peppers and Vineger until mixed well. Add in cucumbers, onion and carrots. Chill covered up to 2 hours before serving.
