Hawaiian Island Chicken

  • ½ Cup Each of Truvia Brown Sugar Blend, Water & Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Each of Chopped Onion and Chopped Green Peppers
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 2 Pounds of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  1. Whisk Truvia, water and soy sauce together in bowl. Add in minced garlic, onion, green pepper and ginger. Add chicken and toss to coat. Chill at least 2 hours but no more than 8 hours.
  2. Remove chicken and discard marinade.
  3. Grill over medium heat on both sides until chicken registers 170 degrees.
