Want a change in the way you usually make eggs? Try this delicious Easy Cheesy Frittata for breakfast, brunch or even lunch. The entire Frittata serves 4 big slices at 1 Freestyle Point each. Enjoy!
  • 4 Eggs + 4 Egg Whites
  • 2 Tablespoons of Water
  • ½ Cup Each Chopped Onions, Tomatoes & Green Peppers
  • 1 Cup of Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Slices of Center Cut Bacon, Cooked Crispy & Crumbled
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste
  • ½ Teaspoon of Dried Parsley
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, egg whites and water in a bowl with a wire whisk until blended well.
  2. Stir in all vegetables and ½ of the cheese, bacon, salt, pepper and parsley.
  3. Pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed well with Vegetable Cooking Spray.
  4. Baked about 20 minutes or until puffy and brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake about 5 more minutes.
  5. Makes 4 big servings at 1 Freestyle Point each. Enjoy!
