Want a super quick stove top Mexican dinner? Try this quick delicious Quick Fix Burrito Skillet for just 1 Freestyle Point for each serving that will be devoured. This serves 4 BIG servings.
  • 2 lb Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1 Onion, Diced Small
  • ½ Package of Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Can of Kidney Beans, Rinsed & Drained
  • 1 Cup Each Ortega Salsa + 1 Cup of Water
  • 3 Ole Wellness xTreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortillas, Sliced into 1.5" Squares
  • 1 Cup of Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  • ⅓ Cup of Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  • ⅓ Cup of Sliced Green Onions
  • Bunch of Fresh Basil Leaves, optional
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  1. In a saute pan that has been sprayed with Vegetable Cooking Spray, saute onion until onion is translucent - about 5 minutes. Add in ground turkey breast and brown. Drain.
  2. Add seasoning mix, beans, salsa and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in tortillas and top with cheese. Cover. Let stand for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Top with yogurt and onions and fresh basil if using.
  5. This makes 4 servings at about 2 cups each at 1 Freestyle Point each. Enjoy!
