This 0 Freestyle recipe is perfect on it's own for a light lunch or as a side dish at dinner.
Ingredients
  • 1 Bag of Frozen Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes (Drained)
  • Teaspoon Each of Chili Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Mexican Oregano
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
  • Tabasco Sauce, Optional
Instructions
  1. Make cauliflower rice according to directions.
  2. In a saucepan, add stewed tomatoes, chili powder, oregano and garlic salt and heat through.
  3. Add Tabasco Sauce to taste, if using, and pour mixture over Cauliflower Rice and serve.
  4. This makes about 2 side dish servings at 0 Freestyle Points each.
