- 3 Teaspoons Spicy Brown Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons of Fresh Chives
- 2 Small Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Zest, Grated
- 1 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
