- 3 Large Eggs, Beaten
- ¼ Cup of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1.5 Slices of Canadian Bacon, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons of Diced Red and Green Pepper
- Salt/Pepper to Taste
- Vegetable Cooking Spray
- In a large microwaveable mug that has been sprayed vegetable cooking spray, add all ingredients and stir well.
- Microwave for 30-40 seconds, take out and stir.
- Cook 30 seconds - more or less - until eggs are set.
- Entire mug is 0 SmartPoints on the Blue & Purple Plans and 6 SmartPoints on the Green Plan.
