Weight Watchers Freestyle Slow Cooker Greco Chicken

Here is a complete meal in the crockpot to get you out of the kitchen fast. This meal by itself including the sauce is 0 Points. But serve this with Joseph's Heart Friendly Pita Bread (1 Point) along with the 0 Point Tzatziki Sauce for dipping.
  • 2-3 Pounds of Skinless Chicken Cutlets
  • 1-2 Large Red Onions, chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ cup of Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons of Dried Oregano
  • Salt/Pepper To Taste
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  • Athenos Fat Free Feta Cheese
  1. Spray a 6 quart or larger slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Put chicken cutlets into slow cooker.
  3. Add sliced onion and garlic on top of chicken.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk broth, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper together. Pour into slow cooker.
  5. Put lid on slow cooker and cook for 5 to 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
  6. When done, put chicken on plate with onions and add some of the juice on top.
  7. Add up to ⅓ cup of Fat Free Feta Cheese over each chicken serving to keep this meal at 0 Points.
  8. Serve this meal with Joseph's Heart Friendly Pita Bread (1 Point per Pita) and Tzatziki sauce for dipping.
