Weight Watchers Freestyle Creamy Vanilla Cheesecake Fruit Salad

  • 1 Cup of Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
  • 2 Cans Each of Mandarin Oranges + Pineapple Tidbits (Canned in their own Juice or Water)
  • 2 Cups of Seedless GrapesĀ 
  • Marschino Cherries, Stems Removed (Up to 3 per serving for 1 Point)*
  • Up to ½ Package of Instant Jell-O Sugar Free & Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding
  • Shredded Unsweetened Coconut, Optional
  1. Drained the canned fruit but reserve about 6-8 tablespoons of juice from the canned fruits. Put fruit in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine yogurt, reserved juice and cheesecake pudding mix. Stir to combine well.
  3. Pour yogurt mixture onto the fruit and mix well.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours for flavors to combine.
  5. This makes 8 servings at 2 Freestyle Points. Enjoy!
  6. *If you choose to omit the cherries, the points get reduced to 1 Point per serving.
  7. **Also, you can add up to ½ Tablespoon of Shredded Coconut (per serving) which would increase the points total by 1 Point per serving.
