Looking for an easy healthy salad for the summer? Make this easy-to-follow recipe for a deliciously healthy Strawberry Caprese Salad, which is low in calories and only 3 Points per serving on Weight Watchers (WW)
Ingredients
  • 4 Cups of Strawberries, Hulled and Sliced
  • 8 Ounces of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (I use Belgioioso)
  • ⅓ Cup of Fresh Basil Leaves
  • ½ Cup of Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
  1. Onto a platter, add the sliced strawberries, sliced mozzarella cheese and basil leaves. Arrange in an overlapping pattern.
  2. Cover and refrigerate if not serving immediately.
  3. When ready to serve, drizzle Balsamic Glaze over the salad. Enjoy!
  4. If you are following the Weight Watchers Program (WW), each serving is 3 Points.
